Combining conscious connected breathwork and a small dose of Jaguar medicine (5-MeO-DMT), this journey is lovingly crafted to to rejuvenate and replenish the body, mind and soul in a safe, supportive community container.

This is a 5 hour group journey which includes dyads, gentle movement, 30 minutes of Numa Breathwork and a light "handshake" dose of the Jaguar medicine. It is perfect for those who are brand new to this medicine, or want to work in a more gentle, community-style approach.

** No previous experience is required. **

Nūma Breathwork is a simple yet powerful form of conscious connected breathing that connects us to our innate power of healing. It's a therapeutic and often mystical somatic practice that replenishes and rejuvenates the system on all levels.

Jaguar (5-MeO-DMT), also known as the "God Molecule" is a profound entheogen that helps us to release deeply held energetic blockages and enliven our being from the inside out by attuning us to Source vibration. It is a very powerful medicine for connecting with higher states of consciousness.

This Breath of Awakening journey includes:

• Dyads (partner connection practice)

• Movement / shaking practice

• 30 minute Numa Breathwork Journey

• 1 light "handshake" dose of Jaguar medicine

• Integration support

We look forward to sharing this beautiful ceremony with you!
