Numa Conscious Connected Breathwork
NÅ«ma Breathwork is a psychosomatic therapeutic process, a breathing technique that catalyzes the resolution and integration of old, stagnant energies and emotions on all levels. Using the breath as an insightful dive into non-ordinary states of consciousness, this is an exploration of the continuum of human experience, and a catalyst for resolving suffering.
This transformational practice strategically weaves together the power of conscious-connected breathwork, somatic movement explorations, mindful somatic psycho-therapeutic investigations, and the medicinal vibrations of sound therapy.
Kambo Cleanse + Self Application Training

A monthly song circle to liberate your voice and reconnect with the medicine of music. Through call-and-response and rhythm carried by the hand drum, we’ll learn ceremonial songs and icaros that open the heart and deepen connection. This is a space to open your voice, connect in community, and remember the power of your own sound.

Blending somatic awareness, breath, and guided reflection, this work supports nervous system regulation, clarity, and a deeper connection to self — so that what you’ve experienced can be fully lived, not just understood. You'll be supported in finding clarity, balance, and meaningful next steps forward.

This is beyond sound. A veritable concerto of talented musicians in total synthesis and symbiosis. These two create such a beautiful container and fill it with light, beauty, music and vibrations that are exquisitely delicious. In particular, I loved low decibel healing bass of the digeridoo and the angelic sound of the crystal lyres.
My absolute favourite are the duets when these two lovely share their beautiful voices raised in song. So wonderful to see talented facilitators in sacred space and ritual of healing and human evolution. Thank you again for this truly beautiful gift.
