SOMAHEART PLANT MEDICINE CEREMONY
SomaHeart ceremonies work with the sacred forest medicine. The profound effect of these powerful plants has many beneficial effects on the entire neuro-biological system. It has been used to successfully remedy symptoms of PTSD, addiction, depression and anxiety. By de-centralizing brain activity from the default mode network (which house perceptions of our identity and established belief systems), one is granted expanded awareness and new, heightened perceptions of subtle aspects of reality and the Self.
