• Opening and Overview (20 minutes)
• Dyad Practice (3 rounds of 8-10 minutes each - approximately 30 minutes total)
• Harvest in-between each round (15 minutes total)
• Integration Overview (15 minutes)
• Q&A (15 minutes)
