Learn to translate the wisdom of your medicine journeys and cultivate more meaningful connections with the Dyad practice - a 1-on-1 exercise of conscious communication, deep presence and heart-centered listening. Join us in this intimate and soulful sharing circle with others on a healing journey.
Cost: $15 - $40 sliding scale

Event structure
- Opening and Overview (20 minutes)
- Dyad Practice (3 rounds of 8-10 minutes each - approximately 30 minutes total)
- Harvest in-between each round (15 minutes total)
- Integration Overview (15 minutes)
- Q&A (15 minutes)
