ABOUT THE DANCE: 

This is a free movement and dance practice where you are free to explore uninhibited, authentic expression. 

Uninhibited dance is a powerful embodiment and flow-state art. It awakens greater self-awareness on a deep somatic level, and invites deeply held energies to move and release in a fun and playful way.

No dance experience is required. 

RULES:

1 - No talking (move now, speak later)

2 - No staring (focus on your own movement flow)

3 - No substances (getting high on life is encouraged)

4 - Full participation (no passive observers)

The music lasts 1.5 hours. We start off slow to drop into the body, the tempo builds and peaks in the middle for cathartic release and wild expression, and then simmers down to slow meditative music to ground you back in for integration.

We start as a group, so please be on time. We open and close by circling up with brief shares.
