ABOUT THE DANCE: 

This is a free-style movement and dance practice where you are invited to explore authentic expression. 

A dance practice like this is a powerful tool for embodiment helping you to gain greater self-awareness, as well as help you to move through and process what you are feeling in a fun and playful way.

No dance experience is required. 

This is a form of movement meditation where you practice listening deeply to yourself, allowing your body to move you. There is no talking on the dance floor to maintain this sacred space for inner self-exploration.

The music lasts 1.5 hours. We start off slow to drop into the body, the tempo builds and peaks in the middle for cathartic release and wild expression, and then simmers down to slow meditative music to ground you back in for integration.

We start as a group, so please be on time. We open and close by circling up with brief shares.
