• 3 Kambo sessions + Sananga + Hapé
• 1 Group Sound Bath & Reiki
• Daily spa use & free time: sauna, hot tub, access to the ocean for cold dips, kayaks, and paddleboards
• Daily guided gentle embodiment and expression practices that will range from somatic movement, dance, breathwork, toning, connection practices, and drumming/singing circle, fire ceremony, and water ceremony. (all optional)
• Healy nourishing meals: 4 dinners, 3 lunches, and 1 breakfast
• Creative art processing throughout the weekend to assist in deepening self-reflection and integration.
• Optional: Somatic-inspired Registered Massage Therapy sessions available by request during free time (additional cost)
