• Daily spa use & free time: sauna, hot tub along with access to the ocean for cold dips
• Daily guided gentle embodiment and expression practices that will range from somatic movement, dance, breathwork, toning, connection practices, and drumming/singing circles (all optional)
• Nourishing Healthy meals: 4 dinners, 3 lunches, and 1 breakfast
• Creative art processing throughout the weekend to assist in deepening your healing, self-reflection, and integration
• Optional: Somatic-inspired Registered Massage Therapy sessions available by request during free time (additional cost)

At this beautiful beachfront property, we will have direct access to the beach, a wood sauna and a hot tub. Take a walk in the garden, through the tall cedar trees, or on the beach for some nature integration time. Feel yourself held by all the elements: ocean water, fresh sea-salted air, beautiful trees, and the heat of the sauna.
