Join us for a special breathwork journey in service to the Divine Feminine!
In humility and gratitude, this is a special offering for Women - the live-bringers of this world - that you may be held and supported by the Masculine with deep care, attention, and reverence.
This is a 2.5 hour event which includes community connection, gentle movement, sound healing, and a deep breath practice of Numa Breathwork - a powerful integrative breathwork practice that combines transformational therapeutics and sacred ritual.
Your breath journey will be accompanied by the healing vibrations of both recorded music and live sound healing.

By opening up to a full and vibrant yet relaxed breath pattern, we come into deep present moment contact with the storehouse of our life force - our body. We come together to reconnect to the inner healer within, gently guiding us back into fulling and expression.
NÅ«ma Breathwork is a simple yet profound and transformative technique that catalyzes the resolution and integration of old, stagnant energies and emotions on all levels, and bringing us back into connection with our innate state of wholeness.

Space is limited to 8 participants for this event.Â
Wear comfortable clothing you can move and relax in.Â
Bring your own yoga mat or soft padding for lower back, a pillow, and blanket, as you will be laying down for about 60 minutes.
Please bring your own water bottle. Avoid eating heavy meals prior to this session.Â
Arrive a few minutes early to settle into the space.
